Property located at 700-708 Forest Street and 12-16 Lincoln Street, owned by Frank R. Moore, Paul T. Moore, Paul T. Moore, Jr., Paul T. Moore Trustee, and Aiko Moore Trustee. These properties are currently zoned IO (Institutional and Office) and the proposed zoning is C-3 (Service Commercial). The First Reading of the proposed ordinance was accomplished during the Council Meeting of August 22, 2005.
