A.Properties located south of West Division Street on the east side of South West Street (Capital Scrap Yard), owned by the Downtown Dover Development Corporation. These properties, consisting of eight (8) parcels totaling 1.4601+/- acres, are currently zoned C-3 (Service Commercial) and the proposed zoning is C-2A (Limited Central Commercial)
